35 Summit Park Drive, North Fayette, PA – PIT2 is DataBank’s second facility in the Pittsburgh PA market. Located in North Fayette Township, the facility was acquired in 2019 and DataBank has made significant enhancements to the secure, three-story, 115,000 sq. ft. facility, expanding it to a total of 40,000 RSF and augmenting the facility’s power and cooling systems to provide 4.55 MW of redundant power. PIT2 offers excellent connectivity with a range of onsite carriers, and a high-speed connection to PIT1, the regional carrier hotel, which provides even greater options. DataBank also operates the facility to meet the FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) compliance standard. PIT2 is Pittsburgh’s premier data center today, and with 10 acres of potential campus expansion, is poised to accommodate the market’s needs tomorrow.
